Rusty door bottoms--easy fix?

My RTX 1100c is a nice machine with no big issues at all. However, when I bought it the extreme lower door panels were rusty (salt, cancer rust) one side a little worse than the other. Lots of ways to rectify it, bondo, fiberglass, cut it out and weld new stuff in, etc. But I have no time or the skills for that. I'm a good mechanic, but not body man. What I'm looking for is to clean them up as well as I can with bondo, paint, then some sort of self sticking panels to cover it. The rust goes from the bottom upward about 2-3" at the most about half way along the bottom outside of both doors. Anyone out there have any experience with this or know of a source for sick on panels? Thanks, Deke from NE Michigan.
