WELL i found out what happens when you backup with tailgate down without looking where you are going (ha!)

so I am looking for a tailgate --- if anyone knows of one I think I need one

thanks

I know that hurts. Maybe you could tell everyone you did it on purpose so you could pull a gooseneck..... Haha .I imagine you will have to get one fabricated , a new one or build one out of something like oak.and polish it up like the old woodies of days gone by. I am sorry for your bad luck .. but at least it was just a tree and not someting even more valuable. Good Luck!! Bordercollie

Sorry to hear that. Those tailgates seem to be a premium.

Consider doing what I did. Take off the tailgate and replace with a 2x12". The RTV stops before that thing bends...

2x12--now there's a solution! Given my propensity for backing into trees, this may be a good suggestion! :-)

hey i just bought me an old 1954 school bus it's painted a few diferent colors and smokes alot but it runs . i yanked the seats out and put a amy cot in it with a hot plate and a porta potty in the rear of the bus . i then made a rear deck that slips into the rear reciever hitch and it holds two drums one for fresh water and one for pumpin out the shitter. i made a rack on top so when i get to twoguns house i can take the freshwater drum and put it on top and have the water just gravity feed into thebus. as for the shitter drum i made the rear deck the same hieght as a rtv bed so two gums can take my crap and go dump it for me in the mornin before he does his chores on da farm. i won't be needin power from him being i am towing my own trailer with a671 detroit desiel 60kw generator and my complete welding setup so i can completely fab up every part i need for the rtvs this should only take a few months and he should hardly see the 50' bus and 20' trailer in his front yard. i should be there in a few hours oh i'm bringin fried chicken too.from popeyes!!!

Love dat chicken from Popeyes >>>>>>>>>> cannot remember that last time I had some of dat Popeyes chicken ,,,, something like , >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> lunch maybe, with that cajun corn and dirty rice >>>>>> yep, that 's it

Keep talking chicken, I'll load up and go get me a box of 'dem coonass chicken !!!!

Hey Tommy, recon they got any Popeyes chicken houses up north ?

~~~~~~~~~~ two guns
don't know never went up dat high before . i been to arkansaw one time and day had one up dare.funny thing we went in dare and day asked us if we wanted sumpin i don't know what day called da rice but it was a funny name .anyways i got scared man i said man don't tell me deese guys way up nort here in arkansaw done went and messed wit da cajun rice!!! but hey it was all good da rice came out da same.da chicken too.
Sad to say no Popeyes. We have the Colonel, but then he's all over the world--had some in Beijing, China, once. But Popeye's is unique. I will grant you that!
well i never!!!! i can't i magine going to a place where their ain't a popeyes . i bet ya'll don't sell zaterans up dare ether huh?? what about tabasco?? man for da love of god pleas tell ya'll atleast got da tabasco???
Never heard of zaterans! But agree that I could not live anywhere that did not have tabasco sauce. In fact it is on the tables of some of our 'finer' eating establishments! :-) But there are hot sauces around that (I have to say) make tabasco taste a bit like vanilla ice cream. We do like our hot sauces!
Once you eat popeyes you can't ever eat that other stuff.. unless it is home made...You do need some Zat's or Tony's .That will keep you warm !! Now what about some boudine?? . The best I ever had was from Evangeline Parish back when I lived in La.Two Guns and Tommy, all this food talk makes me remember crawfish time is coming!! Now members, when those are boiled right , they are so firey hot ya dare not rub your eyes while eating them. It's a complete meal with the corn on the cob and tators thrown in the pot ... Bordercollie
yup just last night i boiled up me and the ole lady some shrimp and sausage wit some tater . it's gettin close to dat time of season for dem mudbugs when you see dem yelow flowers you know it's close.
