I don't know what it wrong with dealers today. My RTV is still at my dealer getting the K-Connect and blower put on. I'm not upset about the time, I knew they were busy and it's snow season here.
But what frustrates me is they've always been a great dealer, but I called on Wednesday for an update and was told by salesman that it's almost done and will be ready by end of day.
Then no call, no call Thursday.
So Friday I call, and him and one of the owners was gone. So girl goes to check with shop and comes back and says "the blower just showed up on the transport, so they should be working on it Monday."
Like why do you have to lie to customers?? Meanwhile I blew off a bunch of stuff I could have done all week because I was thinking I had to go pick it up.
