Warm is the name of the game here, we got one heck of a storm out there. Fort Drum just closed. I expect to see at leat a foot of new snow by morning. Outside temp is below 0 now. I already did one rescue today. I just put the tracks on the RTV 2 days ago. I offered to help a guy reteive his ATV from the woods where it just quit running. The going wasn't to bad some water but we got it. The cold it what is so hard to deal with. I will put the doors on tomorrow.</p>

I'm around 15 miles from Deerlope, and I'm looking forward to plowing tomorrow. Yes, it is cold! Almost -2 F. And still windy. My flag is right out straight. (It has a light on it during the dark time.) Can't tell how much snow has fallen so far, because in the driveway the wind has drifted it around. I'll go with Deerlope's estimates. Haven't done any rescues yet.</p>


I'd like to wish all our members a very Merry Christmas! This is the best place on the internet!. There are not more knowledgeable and willing to help members anywhere.</p>

Push it back a good bit Doug because we are going to get hit again Sunday & Monday.I sure do love my M-5040 with that heated cab. I will be in it most of today doing my own and helping the neighbors.</p>
 
I have been pushing it back just as far as I can. This is my first year plowing with the RTV, but last year the guy I hired with a pick-up ran out of room by the end of the season and had to come to some yards with a road-size plow on a heavy dump truck to get more room. </p>
