Kubota x900 indicator lights

My dash indicator lights ( red pto switch light and green left/right arrows) are on. They came on simultaneously and stay on when running.
I am assuming the red one is pto light. It has a gear with a clockwise arrow at the bottom of the gear. I have a shop manual for this but it does not give any info on these lights.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have a X900 so not familiar with the gauge setup.
Do you have the Kubota K-connect? If so, there may be something wrong there.
If no K-connect, it may be a wiring or cluster issue.
Did you check the wiring behind the cluster? A bad ground may cause this.
