I am tired of looking at this

muleman RIP

Gone But Not Forgotten
I don't know about the rest of you but I am tired of looking at the large blue text with a somewhat offensive message on the right hand side. This was put up a while back by a non rtv owner who made a few posts about his friends rtv and never came back. I would like to see it go away. Anyone else feel this way? It does not make a very good first impression on someone stumbling across the site or wishing to join. Bill

For some reason, I am very lost ~~~~

I don't see crap >>>> unless it's somewhere on the site that not here onmine when I hit the " favorite list " to jump to this site >>>

Would one of ya'll send me a link, so I can see what in the hell the bubble gum / baleing wire thingy looks like >>>

........... thankyou, two guns

Glad that you mentioned it. I had gotten used to it, but had wondered why it was there and where it had come from. Needs to go! Can BCZoom address that?

My magic wand seems to be broken.

I got into the section to edit tags but the one in question isn't there to edit/delete. I'll contact Neil.

If you want, instead of going to the RTV section, just go pick "Forums" on the main page. On there, you can see the most recent 5 threads. You can optionally pick "View More" just below those threads and then the only thing you see is the current threads. Since 95% are in the RTV section, it's an easy view.

Now why did you go get all technical on us! Last time they upgraded this site it took me weeks to get it linked right in my bookmarks. Just get rid of it PRETTY PLEASE and don't change a damn thing.LOL

I am just as "trained" as the cattle out in the barnyard. Don't change my feed and don't change what I click on. Old minds are hard to retrain!

OK Bill, I'm going to type this very slowly so you can keep up. :-)

No clutter, tags... Just the threads.

If we can't delete this offensive tag , can we move it aside and bury it by replacing it with a new tag? I would be upset if my name was where Kevin and Lisa's are. It appears that was their quote. We old members know that is not the case.So tell us how to tag and we will come up with a more desirable tag or something reflecting our members in a more respectful aspect. Thanks, Bordercollie

I assume you mean old as in long time forum members and not "old" as in born prior to the 1950s.. :-)

Maybe we could have a suggestion contest. Winner wins a new 1140. Think we could talk bota into it ??? :-)

OK, maybe we can trash that tag by adding our own.

Under the text of each post, there's an option listed called "Edit Tags".

Click on that and enter something relevent about the post (e.g. Adjusting fuel setting...).

To make them usable, please put tags on posts that are related to the tag you're giving.

Thanks bczoom. I tried it, and have made it my new bookmark. Also, the posts in the other forums are interesting.
