Hi and welcome.
Good friends visited Porto and absolutely loved it. Porto had a huge festival that they stayed a couple extra day just to attend and be part of the party. They raved about the place and the food. Plus the prices were a pleasant surprise. Cheaper than they were used to. Very nice.
