The 1030 is a slightly larger tractor. The loader off the 1215 would be a tight squeeze. (at best) Probably won't clear the hood and grill unless you mount it so far forward all the weight will be on the front axle. Would need a lot of "torch and welder" work to get it on, and most likely be a disappointment when done. Without actual measurements, I'm not sure it's even possible, but it's not something I would attempt.
