Bought a 1140 cpx rtv as is. Overall it appears to be in good shape and had been maintained. Oil looked ok, no water, foam. Haven't drained the oil yet.
Tried turning the engine with a breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley. It was locked up.
Any thoughts on what can stick and engine that solid?
