Bedliners & other questions...

I have found out that the Kubota OEM bedliner is out of stock over here so am considering a spray liner. Most of the franchiseshere use what I belive to be US products such as Rhino etc. Any recomendations you guys can offer on which you think is a better product would be welcome.

Could someone also explain what Slime in tyres is and what performance improvement it gives you, if any?

I am visiting Florida at the end of the month and want to pick up some hunting camo, assume Bass Pro is best for this, any other out recomendations?

Two way radios, far more selection in the U.S, anyone out there with a recomendation. I am in reasonable hilly country here.

Thanks

Roger

Oh yea!!! Let's spend his money! :)

Rhino Liner is a good product.

Slime in your tires will self-seal any relatively small holes you may get. If you poke a nail through your tire, it'll seal the hole.

Bass Pro & Cabela's are good.

For 2-way radios, they're all pretty much limited to line of site. By brand, I'd recommend Motorola first, then it's a toss-up between Uniden and Cobra. I wouldn't waste my money on others.

Where in Florida are you going? I'm guessing Orlando

Thanks for your thoughts Mr Zoom.

Slime sounds like a great idea. Having read lots of posts (currently on page 58) I get the feeling my bank manager would not approve of membership of this forum :)

I am attanding a trade show at the convention center in Orlando :) Too many Brit tourists wearing bad shorts for my liking, but the weather is very nice at this time of year.

I get to Orlando a couple times a year.

That's a nice convention center.

If you're renting a car and doing the driving:
Have some money in your pocket if you get on Route 528 as parts of it require a toll.
Watch yourself on Interstate 4 (I-4). Traffic will be hauling arse (going fast) then all of a sudden come to a quick stop. Be careful.
We drive on the right side of the road. :)

Hope you have some time to see some of the local entertainment. There's A LOT of it in that area.

How do you guys manage to cope having the wheel on the wrong side??

I hired a car there last year and found a gun range for a play, much fun. Our gun laws are very restrictive, and handguns are outlawed. I will only be at the show a couple of days so that leaves the rest of the week for some serious R&R

I like Line-X bed liner better than Rhino but that is just my thought. Have fun in florida

I can still remember my father leaving a parking lot & driving up the left lane! He had recently moved to the US Virgin islands & had come back for a visit. Quite a shock! In the USVI, they had mostly US spec cars but, still drove on he left. Somewhat of a weird feeling.
