I have a BX23 the other day noticed that the floor seemed punky, removed the rubber mat and found that the floor was all rotted out, in Kubotas wisdom they never put any drain holes in the floor , I have removed most of the rotted floor and making a new floor it won’t be perfect but it’ll work. So a word of caution remove the rubber floor mat and inspect, if not rotted out drill some drain holes.
