Advice on revs on Kubota RTVX 1130 at delivery

Hello folks, as some of you may be aware I have been awaiting delivery of my new RTVX 1130. It is now all ready for collection.

Today I called the dealer and requested that they give it a really good pre delivery inspection, asking them among over things to check the motor was making full revs. I read somewhere on this forum that an rtvx should get up to 3600 revs, if it the engine didn’t get that high, performance would suffer. They dealer responded to me and said their technicians reckon the max revs for the rtvx is only 3000rpm.

Can anybody here confirm or deny that? How many revs should I expect to get out of my brand new rtvx on delivery?
advice much appreciated

I can tell you my 2023 RTX X1140 came from the dealer set at 3000 RPM max. When I added the turbo and got the injection pump tuned to my liking, I set max RPM to 3500. It can run 3500 RPM on 9 PSI of boost all day every day. I would say to keep max in the 3500 - 3600 RPM to be safe.

Leave your new machine set at factory settings until the warranty is off then set it up right yourself. 3800 no load 3600 stall speed. It's the transmission that you don't want to overspeed.
