3616 HST not starting

2015 Mahindra 3616 HST is not getting any power to the control panel or fuel pump when key is turned on. New Battery and starter turns over just fine when jumping it. There are several relays but I have no idea how to test them to see if they’re bad. Help!
 
I've had this situation several times on my tractor.
EVERY time, it was bad battery cables. They rot on the inside and the damage isn't visible. If the way you jumped it (I'm assuming from the battery to the starter or using a jumper box on the starter itself also leads me to believe it's bad cables).
For me, it's normally been the ground cable from the battery to the frame but I just replace both.
 
Please post back with the resolution or if the battery cable fix/bypass didn't work.
 
I found fuses and they were all good then I noticed a wire hanging and found that it had been attached to an auxiliary hot wire on the battery cable clamp. Something simple but I couldn’t see it last night. Thank you for your help.

I just got it started about 30 minutes ago.
