I have some clearing/landscaping plans around the property that would lend nicely to a backhoe. Im looking at an 06 L3400 with 250 hours. It appears to be a good shape with the backhoe only slightly used. Any known bad habits or problems with this model? Any ideas on what a reasonable price...

I happened across a used set of Mattraks. I had thought a bit about buying some tracks (might be fun here in Maine) but didn't think I could justify the expense. What would be a fair price and are there other brands that might be better? thanks! first post here...</p>
