I suspect you are right about that . I think that is what the Kioti dealer installed in my tires but I am not 100% sure . Sure worked well loading my tires . That old DK45 rig could pull the world if I could find a strong enough chaining point !

It is mechanical ligkage . I already pulled the inspection rubber cover at the base of the steering cover and gave it a good shot of WD40 where the linage goes into the transmission,yesterday . Hopefully that will loosen it up and then I can hit it with some lube oil . We shall see .....
