Tiller ID and ????

Can anyone do a poss ID on tis tiller? I think it's a Howard rotovator but that only due to the color. Also what is the long adjustment screw for?

Come on guys, I hope one of you know the answer cause I sure don't.

It allows for side shift to the right. Notice the drive out of the side of the gear box and the movable attachment points for the lift arms.

OK, that makes sense. Do you know the brand?

The orange color and the side shift lead me to think Howard, but I have idea for sure.

It looks like my old Howard but that was 30 years ago....Gasp, I suddenly feel very old :-(
