RTV900XT loses drive etc when warm

Adjusted it up a bit more, cold I'm maintaining 3500psi at stall, bit less when hot, still lower torque than I think it should have. Doesn't lug the engine down (that is what I'm thinking is wrong), just slows speed down. Maintaining 3800rpm at stall. I have done the peddle and hst speed lever adjustment. Is there some other adjustment I can make to get the engine to actually work rather than "no load and slow right down" or is this normal? I have not tampered with the "smoke screw". It is the same in low range. Thanks

What you describe is pretty much normal. You aren't going to be able to lug the engine much if any. Your pressure is good. It is what it is.
