I’ve searched and read a ton of posts but none seem to answer my question. Going into or out of any forward gear is really easy , no resistance even when cold. Going into reverse or out of reverse, especially when cold is hard to do. Warmed up it gets a little better .
Sometimes -it is very easy. So I think it’s something Im doing . I’ve read about adjusting the stoping when you lift your foot off the accelerator but it seems normal if you don’t do a quick release.
I’ve read the manual but no help. Is there an adjustment just for reverse ? Thoughts ? Thanks in advance !

The gear part of the transmission is old school non syncromesh. More like an antique tractor. If there is and pressure on the gears they can be difficult to engage or disengage. The rtv must be stopped and the hydraulic pressure removed for the easiest gear changes. There is a dump valve actuator on the brake. Push the brake peddle fully to dump the pressure.
