I made a new mount for the rear view mirror. When I went to the neighbors I could not see if there was a car behind me until they were on my bumper, unless I turned around. I need to see more than 30 feet behind. I made a new mount from 1 1/2 by 1/4 stainless 12 inches long. I know this sounds like over kill but I have almost no vibration problem. The mirror mounts at 8 inches down. Now I can see behind with no problem.
I will try and post pictures. Oliver the dog loves to ride in the kubota. The only thing that he likes to do more than ride is eat.

Hey oldhat,

Sure is a good looking friend you have up in the cab with you.

This is a pic of mine in training. She now thinks this is her machine.

Around the place, you can't say the word " Kubota" or " RTV", she will go crazy and jump in the cab and sit, waiting for you to get in and go. Most love to ride.....

You also have a very good looking friend with you. You can tell she likes to ride in a kubota.
 
This is a good mod. I hate making that quick hop down the paved road without being able to see who's coming up on me. I'm afraid their going to pass me about the same time I turn into my neighbors driveway. I was going to put mirrrors on the side, but this is a much easier and more functional change. :tiphat:
