Another suggestion I've read on this forum and tried. Is to turn the steering wheel to engage the power steering. That also seems to help getting from one gear to the next.

I have the Boss V-Plow. It works great. I now wish for snow fall in Michigan, just so I can go out and push snow around.

On Shifting from 4wd to 2wd. On the dash of my 1100 it says to turn the steering wheel fully in each direction to help with moving the lever for 2wd - 4wd. Does seem to help.

You could use a single axle trailer. But I went with a double axle to make sure I could handle the 2500 pounds of Kubota, trailer and anything else I might want to add for longer trips. YMMV

As a small business owner in America. I get the need for revenue/cash flow. And as someone who donated and encouraged others to donate. I have used the DR Power walk behind mower and they work great. Have not had a chance to use the pull mower but looks like it wood work behind a RTV. http://www.drpower.com/power-equipment/field-brush-mowers/tow-behind/

Washtenaw county here, not a lot of snow yet, about 4 inches. Plenty cold though with more snow to come. I have the Boss v-plow on my 1100 with the worksite tires. As long as I'm on blacktop. No tracrion problems in 4 wheel drive in any snow fall yet in 2 years. And the last 2 winters we set...

Here is a picture of my 2012 RTV1100. They look pretty close. Any chance you could make a modification? Or I'll buy one bracket and see if I can make it work?

I don't think you need to change it. I have come to appreciate the way it drives stock. Just takes a little getting use too.
